CAFinanceCalculators.com is operated by MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD. These terms cover access to its educational content and tools. Please read them with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Educational use
Content and calculator results are provided for general information and scenario planning. They are not an offer of credit, insurance or an investment, a tax filing service, or individualized professional advice. Use does not create an adviser-client, accountant-client, broker-client or solicitor-client relationship.
Your responsibilities
Check inputs, dates, jurisdiction and assumptions. Independently verify figures before filing, borrowing, investing, buying property or claiming benefits. You remain responsible for your decisions and for getting suitable professional advice. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without authority.
Using the site on behalf of someone else
If you use the site for another person or an organization, you must have authority for that use and protect any information involved. General educational access does not authorize you to make a binding financial decision for another person. A parent or guardian should supervise use by someone who cannot understand the terms or privacy implications.
Permitted use and intellectual property

We aim to provide useful information but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, complete coverage or error-free results. Laws, rates and administrative guidance change. External sites and advertised services, if any, have their own terms. Linking to an official source does not imply its endorsement of this website.
