Report a calculator or content error
Include the page URL, the province or territory, the tax year or effective date, the result you received and why you think it is wrong. Use made-up numbers that reproduce the issue. A government source or a worked example is helpful. See our Corrections Policy.
Privacy and accessibility enquiries
For privacy matters, address your message to the Privacy Officer, MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD. Describe the request without sending identity documents. We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing personal information. For accessibility feedback, include the page and the barrier you encountered; a diagnosis is not required.
Other enquiries
- Methodology: ask about an assumption, source or calculation convention.
- New tools: tell us which Canadian decision you are trying to explore.
- Business and media: identify your organization and the purpose of the enquiry.
- Copyright: identify the work, the page in question and your authority to raise the issue.
Protect your information
Do not email a Social Insurance Number, account or card details, login credentials, a complete tax return, or unredacted financial or medical records. We cannot resolve account disputes with your bank, access CRA files, file returns, or give personal financial advice.
Replies and privacy-request deadlines
We assess enquiries by topic and urgency. General enquiries have no guaranteed response time. Formal privacy requests are handled under the deadline required by the law that applies to the request; the privacy policy explains the process.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We use the information you provide to deal with your message and related obligations. Keep your first message brief and avoid attachments containing sensitive information.
